Justin Furstenfeld, the charismatic lead singer of the rock group, Blue October, has just completed the last phase of his solo acoustic tour through the U.S., promoting the expanded 3rd edition release of his book, Crazy Making. The intimate concerts showcase the writing process behind each studio album, as well as never-released songs and the life events that influenced his lyrics. An Open Book: An Evening With Justin Furstenfeld Of Blue October is a mix of spoken word, songs, story-telling, and question-and-answer sessions, which make these shows unique and personal for the fans.

Blue October Moves The Crowd To Its Feet At The Historical Tower Theater


Last spring, Texas rock artists, Blue October, played an acoustic set during a sold out show at the TLA in Philadelphia. Currently on tour promoting their new album, Any Man In America, the band chose the Tower Theater in Upper Darby for the electrifying October 13 concert. Presented by Radio 104.5 and with opening acts, Ashleigh Stone and IAmDynamite, the upscale venue was the perfect setting to showcase the talented musicians.

Blue October Brings Their Acoustic Tour To Philadelphia


Blue October, the platinum-selling rock band that calls Texas home, has been touring the East Coast in promotion of their latest album release, Ugly Side: An Acoustic Evening With Blue October. The 11-track album is a result of live recordings from a sold out tour of Houston, Austin, and Dallas, TX in July 2010. The bipolar art rockers are known for their eclectic mix of musical styles, haunting melodies, and brutally honest lyrics. The unplugged versions of hard hitting songs such as Dirt Room or The End are in no way diminished in energy and expression.
